Design and oversee testing, installation and repair of marine apparatus, equipment, engines and boats.
Conduct analytical, operational, or performance studies in order to develop designs for products, such as marine engines, equipment and structures.
Evaluate operation of marine equipment during acceptance testing and/or operations.
Investigate and observe tests on machinery and equipment for compliance with standards and Authorities.
Maintain and coordinate repair of marine machinery and equipment for installation on vessels, yachts and other boats. This is offered both in house at our garages, and also offshore at sea.
Inspect marine equipment and machinery in order to draw up work requests and job specifications.
Coordinate activities with regulatory authorities in order to ensure repairs and alterations are at minimum cost, and safely done.
Procure materials needed to repair marine equipment and machinery.
Check, test and maintain automatic controls and alarm systems.
Schedule machine overhauls and the servicing of electrical, heating, ventilation, refrigeration and water systems.
Support Marine operations and vessel assurance teams on machinery systems.
Check equipment, isolate and affect repairs.
Availability of imperial measurement tools, of which most of them are superceded by metric measurements.
Stock new and second hand outboard motors to sale.
Stock of spare parts for most of marine engines, gearboxes and other marine related spare parts.
ZF engines professional authorized repair engineer.
Repairs to marine pontoons and quaysides.
